New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez filed a lawsuit on Wednesday. It accuses Jeffrey Epstein's former personal lawyer, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn, of facilitating Epstein's sex trafficking operation. The suit alleges that the two men helped finance and conceal the abuse of girls and young women, specifically at Epstein's Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County. Torrez stated that Epstein did not operate alone. He added that his death does not end the pursuit of accountability for those who enabled his crimes. The attorney general described the lawsuit as detailing a network of people and financial arrangements that sustained and concealed the abuse of vulnerable individuals in New Mexico. Those who allegedly enabled the exploitation, Torrez said, should not be allowed to profit from it while survivors continue to live with its consequences.
